摘要
以新鲜收割的玉米秸秆为实验材料,研究在风干过程中玉米秸秆水分变化以及乳酸菌菌落数和秸秆含水量的关系.结果表明:玉米叶片在收割后40d左右含水量下降至30%,而茎秆在收割后70d含水量下降至30%;茎秆乳酸菌菌落数显著低于叶片,叶片上的乳酸菌菌落数在收割后40d降至最低,而茎秆乳酸菌菌落数在50d降至最低.乳酸菌菌落数与含水量呈明显的正相关.结论:玉米秸秆含水量随风干时间延长而下降,同时乳酸菌菌落数也随含水量下降而减少.
Fresh maize straw after harvesting was used to studied the dynamic change of water content and the number of lactic acid bacteria and the relationship between them. The results showed that the water content of leaves fell to 30% after harvesting 40 days, that of stem fell to 30% after harvesting 70 days,the number of lactic acid bacteria on stem was smaller than that on leaves, the number of lactic acid bacteria on leaves fell to lowest value after harvesting 40 days, but that on stem after harvesting 50 days,the number of lactic acid bacteria bad obvious positive correlation with water content. It was in- ferred that the water content was decreased with time of drying, the the number of lactic acid bacteria was reduced with the water content falling down.
