摘要
以河南省4所高校的青年教师为研究对象,探讨职业认同对离职倾向的影响,以及在这一影响过程中组织认同的调节作用.结果发现:高校青年教师职业认同与离职倾向呈显著负相关,职业认同对离职倾向具有显著预测作用;组织认同在职业认同(职业价值观、职业归属感)影响离职倾向的过程中起显著的调节作用,但在职业认同(角色价值观、职业行为倾向)影响离职倾向过程中的调节作用没有达到显著水平.
The study gathers young college teachers from 4 colleges in Henan province as research targets, attempts to discuss the influence of professional identity on turnover intention, as well as the adjusting function of organizational identifi- cation in the process. The results showed that negative correlation exists among young college teachers between professional identity and turnover intention, the professional identity are significant variables to predict turnover intention and organiza- tional identification acts as the obvious adjustment in the process of professional identity (occupational values, the sense of occupational belonging) on turnover intention. However, the adjustment is not that obvious in the process of professional i- dentity (role values, professional behavior inclination) on turnover intention.
