摘要
基于知识共享的视角,研究人力资源管理实践对创新绩效的影响。实证分析发现:人力资源管理实践对知识共享具有正向作用;知识共享对创新绩效具有正向作用;人力资源管理实践对创新绩效具有正向作用;知识共享在人力资源管理实践与创新绩效之间的中间效用部分显著。
This article researched the impact of human resource management practices on innovation performance which is based on the perspective of knowledge sharing. Empirical analysis found: human resource management practice relates positively to knowledge sharing; knowledge sharing relates positively to innovation performance; human resource management practice relates positively to inno- vation performance; knowledge sharing intermediates the relation between human resource management practice and innovation perform- ance, which is partially significant.
