持续胃管喂养对极低出生体重儿营养状况及胃肠道动力的影响

Effect of continuous tube feeding on physical growth and gastrointestinal motility in very low birth weight infant

目的探讨持续胃管喂养 ,对极低出生体重儿营养状况及胃肠道动力的影响。方法将 1998年 4月～1999年 8月收治的 33例VLBW按随机编号分为实验组 (n =17)和对照组 (n =16 )实验组施以持续喂养法 ,对照组予间歇鼻饲法。结果实验组与对照组在营养指标日增长体重、恢复出生体重时间、达到全肠道营养的时间、前白蛋白 )无明显差异 ,在胃动力指标 (胃动素、胃泌素 )对照组高于实验组 ,同位素检查指标GE6 0 % (6 0min胃排空指数 )、RI% (返流指数 )两组无明显差异。结论持续胃管喂养能减少胃潴留和呼吸暂停的次数。这一研究对指导如何选择VLBW的喂养方法有重要意义。

Obiective To study the effect of continuous tube feeding on the physical growth of low birth weight infants. Method 33 very low birth weight infants were randomly assigned to either continuous feeding or bolus nasogastric tube feeding groups(continuous feeding group 17 cases,as experimental group, bolus nasogastric tube feeding 16 cases as control group.Results The results showed that there were no significant difference in daily body weight gain,regain birth weight, time of reach full enteral feeding and pre albumin between two methods. There are no significant difference in GE 60% and RI % either.Conclusin Bolus feeding can promote secretion of gastrointestinal hormone compared with Continuous feeding. This research will meaningful for choosing proper method in clinical practice.
