心肌球和心肌球源性干细胞的研究进展

摘要 心肌球和心肌球源性干细胞来源于心脏,具有无性繁殖、自我更新、多向分化的潜能,移植到受损心脏后能通过直接再生、旁分泌及激活内源性修复等多种修复机制,降低心肌梗死面积、抑制心室重塑、提高心脏功能等。联合应用基因修饰、组织工程等为进一步优化心肌梗死的治疗效果带来了新的希望。
