慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血透病人营养状况的研究及护理对策

The study for nutritional status and nursing strategy for Maintain dialysis patients with chronic renal failure

本文通过人体学测量及几种血浆蛋白的测定 ,对 35例维持性血液透析患者的营养状况制定相应的护理对策。结果表明 :血透患者各种营养参数均明显低于正常人 ,大部分患者存在营养不良。营养不良的主要影响因素有蛋白质及能量摄入不足 ,透析不充分 。

Objective To study the nutritional status and nursing strategy for maintain dialysis patients. Method 35 cases of maintain dialysis patients were selected to conducted physical checkup and blood plasma albumin measurement. Results several nutrition indicator for dialysis patients were lower than that of normal person. Conclusion Most of the dialysis patients were malnutrition. The major cause are inadequate intake of protein and energy, inadequate dialysis, poor biological compatibility of dialysis membrane and no erythropoientin be used.
