根据《西儒耳目资》的表述以及对相关韵母的分析并与现代相关方言印证,可以认为:《耳目资》中的u次为[],u中为[u],u甚为[ω],u中和u甚可以合并为一个韵母;o甚为[■],o次为[o];e甚为[ε],e次为[e]。
According to the expression of An Audio-visual Aid to Western Scholars（西儒耳目资）, with the analysis of the relevant finals, and also the support of the modem related dialects, we think that the u ci（次） is I, u zhong（中） is u, u shen（甚） is co. u zhong（中） and u shen（甚） can be combined to one phoneme;o shen（甚） is o, oc（次）i is σ, eshen（甚） is ε, e ci（次） is e.
