摘要
为了提高九辊矫直机矫钢的速度和成材率,降低设备故障率,采用成熟的SIMATIC PLC控制技术和FM458-1DP高速动态性能闭环控制模块,完成现场设备状态数据的采集。通过矫直参数分析,生成矫直策略,建立矫直模型,并结合弹跳补偿、矫直辊速度控制补偿等功能的实现,实现矫直机的自适应控制。
In order to improve straightening steel and yielding rate, and reduce the failure rate of equipment of nine rollers straightener, it adopts the mature SIMATIC PLC technology and FM458-1 DP high-speed dynamic performance of close&loop control module, and completes the collection of site state field. By calculating the reference value of main drive and hydraulic actuator, it generates the straightening strategy, combined with the bounce compensation and speed compensation, and realizes the self-adaptive straightening control.
