摘要
本文以宝钢股份某机组窄搭接焊机为例,对焊机的工作原理、C型框架伺服控制系统硬件和软件进行介绍。同时,基于C型框架伺服控制系统特点,针对C型框架维护过程中的故障进行了阐述和说明。
Taking the mash seam welder of Baosteel as examples, this article introduces the welding procedure, hardware and software of C shape carriage serw） control system. At same time, faults during C shape carriage maintenance are explained based on servo system digital control characteristic.
