摘要
本项目是在现有的大型H型钢辊式矫直机自动控制系统的基础上进行深入研究,通过对矫直机自控系统采用矫直模型的应用,提高矫直机自控系统的智能型,系统优化后自动化程度大大提高,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,调整精度高、速度快满足了现场的工艺要求,提高了轧件矫直的成材率和速度,并降低了设备的故障率。
This project is based on the in-depth study of the automatic control system of the straightener in the heavy H-beam rolling line. The application of straightening model in the straightener automatic control system , can improve the straightener automatic control system more intelligently, increase the degree of automation greatly, reduce the operator's labor strength. The high adjustment precision and speed, improve the rolling straightening yield rate and speed, and reduce the failure rate of the equipment.
