组态王在选煤厂绩效考核中的应用

Application of Kingview in Coal Preparation Plant in Performance Assessment

本文介绍了一种利用组态王软件开发的绩效考核系统,通过对选煤厂中生产设备运行状态的管理,利用Modbus通讯实现电能计量,结合洗煤厂的工艺特点开发逻辑判断功能,显著降低了单位吨煤的能量消耗,提高了选煤厂的经济效益,对其它企业节能降耗提供了借鉴。

This paper introduces a performance appraisal system by using of Kingview software development. Through the management of running state of the equipment in coal preparation plant, it realizes electric energy measurement by using of Modbus communication. It conbines with the characteristic of technology in coal preparation plant to develop logic judgement function. Energy consumption per unit is reduced and economic effect is improved significantly. It also provides a reference for energy saving to other enterprises.
