摘要
当前应用型高校仍然广泛存在"重理论、轻实践"的教学模式和"以考代评"的学习评价模式,在信管专业教学改革实践的基础上,通过设计以项目任务实践为主线的"虚拟企业"教学模式和以能力评价为核心的"团队式"多样化学习评价体系,创新教学范式和学习评价模式,引导和激励学生提高理论水平、专业技能和综合素质,进而在应用型专业人才培养中形成良好的教学氛围、学习习惯和实践积极性。
At present,the application-oriented colleges still exist widely in "heavy theory,light practice" teaching mode and "test for evaluation" learning evaluation model. Taking the specialty of information management and information system as an example,we design the teaching mode with which the project tasks of practice is the main line, and the "team" diversified learning evaluation system based on ability evaluation as the core. It innovates teaching model and learning evaluation model,guiding and encouraging the students to improve their theoretical level,professional skills and comprehensive quality. A good teaching atmosphere,learning habits and actively practice will be formed in applied specialty talent training.
