美国房地产金融浅析
摘要
美国在2006年的房地产繁荣带动了全世界房地产业的发展。本文对美国历史上的房地产机构进行了简单介绍，对美国房地产金融的发展及其营运模式进行了简要描述，通过分析美国当时房地产繁荣现象，揭示了房地产泡沫产生的原因及影响。
