摘要
在不远的将来，康复专科医院将成为医疗服务体系中重要的一环。新医改形势下，康复医疗服务体系建设被视为公立医院体制改革的突破口。康复医疗以治疗为核心而非以药物为核心的治疗方式，亦被看作对中国“以药补医”现状的有利还击。
In the three-level service network of rehibitation medicine,the task of the rehibitation hospitals and secondary comprehensive hospitals is to provide specialized and professional rehibitation treatment for patients on regular basis.However,at present,these hospitals still need to speed up the enhancement of their functions,and up to now,the passage for rehibitation hospitals to take over the patient transferred from large comprehensive hospitals is still blocked.
