高效液相色谱法测定首乌旱莲滴丸中葡萄糖苷的含量

Determination Content of Glucoside in Shouwu Hanlian Pills by HPLC

目的:本文采用高效液相色谱法对首乌旱莲滴丸中葡萄糖苷进行含量测定。方法:流动相选用乙腈-水(25:75);检测波长为320nm。结果:本品重现性好,平均回收率X=99.6%,RSD%=1.75%。结论:该方法可以有效地控制制剂质量。

Objective：This article uses HPLC to carry on the content determination to glucoside of Shouwu Hanlian Pills. Meth-ods：The mobile phase consisted of the second grade nitrile-water （25：75）;The examination wave length is 320nm. Results：This re-appears the nature to be good, average returns-ratio X=99.6%, RSD%=1.75%. Conclusion：This method could effectively control the preparation quality.
