摘要
超高效液相色谱(Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography,UPLC)是基于小颗粒填料的液相色谱技术。本文对UPLC的原理,小颗粒填料技术以及近年来在药物分析中的应用进行了综述。
Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography （Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography, UPLC） technology is based on liquid chromatography of small particles of filler. In this paper, the principle of UPLC, and small particulate filler technology and recent applications in pharmaceutical analysis were reviewed.
