摘要
黄柏为芸香科黄皮树(Phellodendron chinense Schneid.)除去栓皮的干燥树皮。主产于四川、贵州、湖北、云南等地。现代药理研究表明其具有抗病原微生物及原虫、解热、抗炎症、降压、抗心律失常、抗血小板聚集作用。现从黄皮树干燥树皮中利用硅胶色谱法及制备薄层等方法得到两个化合物。根据其理化性质及1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱分析手段鉴定它们分别为药根碱和Berbithine。且本论文通过比较两种工艺方法从黄柏中提取小檗碱的收率,来选择一种最佳工业生产工艺。
The dried bark of cortex PheUodendri chinensis is a traditional Chinese medicine which has wide pharmacology actions such as antibacterial action,decompression and so on. Two compounds were isolated form erode extract of Phellodendri chinensis,(Chuanhuangbai in Chinese)by using open-column, preparative TLC methods and so on.On the basis of physico-chemical properties and 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopic analysis, their chemical structures were identified as:Jatrorrhizine and Berbithine.
