摘要
目的:优选丹参最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的提取率为指标,采用正交设计法对影响提取的因素进行优化。结果:影响浸出的主要因素为乙醇浓度、溶媒用量和提取时间,最佳提取工艺为12倍量70%乙醇,80℃,回流提取150min(第一次90min,第二次60min)。结论:该工艺合理,稳定可行,适合于生产。
Objective:To optimize the best exstraction technology of salviae miltiorrhizae. Method:The study screens out the best process conditions with orthogonal method using exstracs rate of Tanshinone-ⅡA and salvianolic acid B. Results:The main fac-tors influence the leaching are ethanol concentration, amount of solvent times, extrating time, the optimal process is 12 times of 70%ethanol, 80℃, reflux extracting 150min(first time 90min, second time 60min). Conclusion:This process is reasonable, stable and feasible,suitable for the producting.
