我国艾滋病防治工作中多部门合作存在问题的系统评价

The existing problems of multi-sectoral coordination for prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in china:A systematic review

目的评价分析我国艾滋病防治工作中多部门合作存在的问题。方法检索4个中文数据库,根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,对纳入的文献进行综合分析。结果纳入文献72篇。文献第一作者集中在艾滋病高、中流行区,主要研究机构为疾控中心(45.3%)和大学(31.9%);2006年后文献发表数量呈现不均衡增长;文献研究质量不高,仅有3篇发表在中文核心期刊上;文献资助率59.7%;多部门合作存在的问题主要有缺乏统一的协调机制和(或)有效的工作机制、认识与参与意识不足等。结论多部门合作问题的普遍存在,制约了我国艾滋病综合防治能力的进一步提高,及时总结经验,有针对性的解决问题,是提高我国艾滋病综合防治能力的必要举措。

Objective To explore the existing problems of multi-sectoral coordination for prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in china.Methods Comprehensively searching four main Chinese database.Eligible literatures were identified based on selection criteria,data were extracted and analyzed.Results 72 literatures were identified.The first author was distributed in regions of high and median HIV/AIDS prevalence and mainly from CDC（45.3%）and university （31.9%）.The result showed that the number of the literature was increased dispa-rately from 2006 and study quality was not high （only 3 literatures were published in core journals ）,and more literature got funded （59.7%）.Lacking of unified coordinal mechanism and（or）effective working mechanism,lack of recognition of HIV/AIDS,lacking of aware-ness for involvement were the main problems of multi-sectoral coordination.Conclusion It demonstrated that multi-sectoral coordination mechanism for prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in China was immaturity.So it will enhance the ability of comprehensive prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in China through summing up experiences,taking effective measures and solving problems of multi-sectoral coordination.
