一次性宫颈扩张棒联合卡前列甲酯栓用于人工流产术效果观察

Clinical effect of disposable cervical dilatation bar combined with carboprost methylate suppositories in abortion

目的观察一次性宫颈扩张棒联合卡前列甲酯栓(卡孕栓)应用于人工流产术中扩张宫颈、止血和镇痛的临床效果。方法选择2012年6月至2013年6月在我院门诊要求行人工流产术终止妊娠的早孕患者300例,患者随机分为观察组(宫颈扩张棒联合卡孕栓)、对照组(单用卡孕栓)与空白对照组(术前无用药)。观察宫颈扩张程度、术中镇痛、手术时间、术中出血量以及术后阴道流血时间。结果观察组宫颈扩张有效率、术中镇痛情况,明显优于对照组及空白对照组。观察组较空白对照组的术中出血量少、术后出血时间短。结论人工流产术前给予一次宫颈扩张棒联合卡孕栓可扩张宫颈,具有术中疼痛轻,术中、术后出血少等优点。

Objective To study the clinical effect of disposable cervical dilatation bar combined with carboprost methylate supposito-ries in abortion.Methods Three hundred cases of abortion were randomly divided into three groups：observation group,control group and blank control group.The degree of cervical dilatation,the amount of bleeding,the time of operation and the pain in surgery were observed in three groups.Results The difference of the degree of cervical dilator and the pain in surgery in observation group was statistically significant compared with control group and blank control group.Observation group had less amount of bleeding and shorter time of postoperative vaginal bleeding than blank control group.Conclusion The disposable cervical dilatation bar combined with carboprost methylate suppositories has strong effect at cervical dilator,with reducing bleeding and decreasing pain in surgery.
