摘要
为适应我国特色的临床护理 ,适应市场经济体制下的护理管理工作 ,对 194例病人运用护理程序实施三级护理查房的研究。并于传统的护理查房进行指标对比。研究的效益指标明显高于传统组的效益指标。运用护理程序实施三级护理查房 ,是一种科学的护理管理方法 ,体现了以病人为中心的护理管理模式 。
It is a clinical nursing management that can be adapted to chinese characteristic and the market ecnomic body.We studied 194 cases of patients nursed by 3-level nursing ward attendance using nursing procedure,and compared it with the traditional way.Result:The beneficial indicator of the study group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group.3-level nursing ward attendance using nursing procedure is a scientific nursing management way.It embodied the patients-centralized-nursing-management mode.The knoweldge and application of nursing management were also developed and increased.
