乳腺小癌的病理与X线诊断的临床研究

Pathological Diagnosis and Radiodiagnosis of Small Breast Cancer

目的:探讨乳腺小癌的临床X线特点及病理诊断。方法:回顾性分析21例乳腺小癌的X线征象及病理诊断。结果:21例均手术并有病理诊断,其中,导管内癌3例,小业癌早期浸润2例,湿润导管内癌4例,浸润性小业癌4例,髓样癌3例,硬癌3例,单纯癌和黏液癌各1例。21例乳腺小癌有X线征象,其影像学特征分别分为结节型、钙化型、星芒型和炎症型4种基本类型。结论:我们认为,对40岁以上绝经前期妇女的乳腺增生X线及病理一定要仔细认真地鉴别,以提高早期乳腺癌的诊断。

Objective： To study clinical x-ray imaging characteristic and pathology of small breast Cancer. Methods： We reviewed mammography and pathological diagnosis of 21 cases with small breast cancer. Results： Pathological diagnosis from 21 operated patients is 3 intraductal carcinoma,2 lobular carcinoma with early infiltration,4 infiltrative intraductal carcinoma,4 infiltrative lobular carcinoma,3 madullary carcinoma,3 scirrhous carcinoma,1 carcinoma simplex and 1 mucinous carcinoma. Mammographic charccteristic of 21 cases with early small breast cancer are divided into four basic types： nodulatity,calcification,star,and inflammation type. Conclusions： Mammographic and pathologic characteristic of older 40 years premenopansal women with breast hyperplasia and small breast cancer must be take noticed in differential diagnosis,so to improve diagnostic level of breast imaging in early breast cancer.
