滋阴凉血除湿法治疗湿热带下病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ziyin Liangxue Chushi on the Leukorrhagia Dued to Damp-heat

目的:探讨滋阴凉血除湿法治疗湿热带下病的临床效果。方法:湿热带下病患者50例随机分为治疗组与对照组各25例,对照组采用云南白药加甲硝唑凝胶进行治疗,治疗组采用滋阴凉血除湿法进行治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为96.0%和80.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,治疗组复发率为4.3%(1/24),对照组复发率为15.0%(3/20),治疗组的复发率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴凉血除湿法治疗湿热带下病能提高治疗疗效,减少复发,值得推广应用。

Objective： To study the effects of Ziyin Liangxue Chushi on the leukorrhagia dued to damp-heat. Methods： 50 patients of leukorrhagla dued to damp-heat were diveded into treatment group with 25 patients and control group with 25 patients randomly. The patients in control group were treated by Yunnan Baiyao and metronidazole vaginal gel. The patients in treatment group were treated by Ziyin Liangxne Chushi. Results： The effective rate of treatment group and control group were 96.0% and 80.0% respectively. The difference between two group was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Followed the patients for 3 months, the recurrence rate of treatment group was 4.3% （1/24） and the recurrence rate of control group was 15.0%（3/20）. The recurrence rate of treatment group was obviously less than control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Ziyin Liangxue Chushi on theleukorrhagia dued to damp-heat could improve the effects, reduce the recurrence, it＇ s worth spreading and using.
