摘要
目的:评价依达拉奉和胞二磷胆碱联合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效变化。方法:对2006年到2012年收入我院的90例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组1,对照组2各30例。治疗组应用依达拉奉和胞二磷胆碱联合治疗,对照组1单用依达拉奉治疗;对照组2单用胞二磷胆碱治疗。分别于14天、28天对3组患者的神经功能缺损进行评分。结果:治疗组总体有效率高于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.01)。结论:依达拉奉和胞二磷胆碱联合治疗急性脑梗死比单用效果更好。
Objective：To investigate the effection of the combined treatment of eiticoline and edaravone on acute cerebral infarction.Methods：The cases of acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from 2006 to 2012 were divided randomly into treatment group （n=30） and control group 1 （n=30）,control group 2 （n=30）.The former was treated with edaravone and citicoline,whfle the group 1 was treated with edaravone and the group 2 was treated with citicoline.The scores of neurologic impairment were recorded 14,28 d after the treatment.Results：The treatment group had a significant higher healing rate compared with the control group （P〈0.O1）.Conelusion：The combined therapy of acute cerebral infarction with edaravone and citicoline is more effective than that with edaravone or citicoline only.
