微创腋臭手术与电离子治疗腋臭疗效比较

Minimally invasive body odor surgery compared with ions to curing effect

目的：探讨微创腋臭手术和电离子治疗腋臭手术相比较，微创腋臭手术治愈率更高，复发率低，无切口感染，上肢活动受限，不影响美观。方法：回顾性分析了2005年5月-2012年7月在我院经临床诊断为腋臭的50例患者的临床资料，本组患者进行微创手术治疗；选取同期治疗的50例临床诊断为腋臭患者作为对照组，本组患者行电离子治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效。结果：微创治疗组无切口感染、切口裂开、上肢活动受限以及皮瓣坏死等并发症。复发率2％，治愈率为98％；对照组一次性治愈率低，第2次治疗仍未全部治愈，5例行第3次治疗。10例因表皮溃疡合并感染而遗留瘢痕。结论：两种治疗相比，微创手术治疗效果较佳，应在临床上加以推广。

The re- currence rate of 2%, the cure rate is 98%; One-time cure rate is low, the second treatment is still not fully cured, 5 underwent treatment for the third time. 10 patients with skin ulcer infection and left scar. Conclusion： The two kinds of treatment, compared the effect of minimally invasive surgery treatment, should be popularizing in clinic.
