摘要
目的：了解手足口病流行现状及特征,为有效防控手足口病提供科学依据.方法：整理总结双流县第二人民医院2009～2012年诊断的2123例手足口病病例,并对其流行病学特征进行分析.结果：2009～2012年诊断手足口病人数呈现明显的增长趋势.历年发病有明显季节性,病例多为男性、5岁以下散居儿童.结论：做好健康教育及针对性的干预工作,是防控手足口病发生和流行的重点.
Objective： To understand the status-quo and epidemiological characteristics of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease （HFMD）, and thus provide evidence for the prevention and control strategies. Methods：A sample of 2123 HFMD cases, diagnosed in the second people＇s hospital, was col- lected and summed up to analyze the epidemiological characteristics. Results：HFMD cases had been increasing rapidly among 2009 - 2012. HFMD cases showed the characteristics of seasonal distribution and were found most commonly in male scattered children, aged 0 - 5. Conclu- sion：To prevent and control HFMD, the key is to conduct health education and adopt targeted intervention measures.
