秦芍退黄汤联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性淤胆型乙型肝炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Chronic Gallbladder-Stasis-Type Hepatitis B Treated by Qin Shao Tui Huang Decoction and Adenosylmethionine Together

目的:观察秦芍退黄汤联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性淤胆型乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将110例确诊为慢性淤胆型乙型肝炎的患者,随机分为对照组54例和治疗组56例。对照组给予腺苷蛋氨酸等西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用秦芍退黄汤。观察两组患者治疗前后主要症状积分,血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)及凝血酶原活动度(PTA)的变化。结果:治疗组有效率为96.4%,对照组有效率为81.5%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL值较治疗前均有下降,治疗组下降幅度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTA较治疗前升高,治疗组升高幅度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:秦芍退黄汤联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性淤胆型乙型肝炎疗效确切。

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effects of chronic gallbladder - stasis - ~ype hepatitis B treated by Qin Shao Tui Huang Decoction and adenosylmethionine together. Methods： 110 patients with chronic gallbladder -stasis -type hepatitis B were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 54 and 56 in each group respectively. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment of western medicine, for example ,adenosylmethionine ; while those in the treatment group were added Qin Shao Tui Huang Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Before and after the treatment, the two groups＇ patients＇ main syndromes credits, ALT,AST, TBIL, DBIL and PTA were observed. Results：The effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 96.4% and 81.5 % respectively. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） ;The values of ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL all decreased after the treatment, and these reduced changes in the treatment were Larger than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05） ;PTA in the two groups rose after the treatment ,with higher rise in the treatment group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Qin Shao Tui Huang Decoction and adenosylme- thionine to treat chronic gallbladder - stasis - type hepatitis B was excellenl
