子宫内膜癌患者T细胞亚群、红细胞免疫与Ag-NOR_s定量分析的临床意义

Significance of T lymphocyte subset, erythrocyte immune function and Ag-NORs in nucleolar organizer regions in patients with carcinoma of endometrium

目的 探讨子宫内膜癌患者的免疫功能变化及临床意义 .方法 采用单克隆抗体直接免疫荧光染色法、红细胞花环试验及 KL 型肿瘤免疫图象分析仪 ,对 2 1例子宫内膜癌患者和 2 0名正常对照组分别测定其外周血 T细胞亚群、红细胞免疫 C3b受体花环率 (E- C3b RR% )与红细胞循环免疫复合物花环率 (ICR% )、核仁银染区面积 /细胞核面积比值 (I.S% ) .结果 子宫内膜癌患者 CD+ 3T细胞 ,CD+ 4T细胞 ,CD+ 4/ CD+ 8比值 ,E- C3b RR% ,I.S%值明显降低 ;CD+ 8T细胞 ,E- ICR%明显升高 ,与对照组相比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 子宫内膜癌患者免疫功能低下 ;联合检测 T细胞亚群、红细胞免疫与 Ag- NORs可较全面反映子宫内膜癌患者的免疫功能状态 。

AIM To study the significance of T lymphocyte subset erythrocyte immune function and argyrophilic protein in nucleolar organizer regions (Ag NORs) in patients with carcinoma of the endometrium. METHODS CD + 3 T cell, CD + 4 T cell, CD + 8 T cell, CD + 4/CD + 8 were determined by flow cytometery; E C 3 bRR% and E ICR% were assayed by E C 3 bRR and ICR. Granules area of Ag NORs/nuclear area (I.S%) were studied by KL image analysis system. RESULTS CD + 3 T cell, CD + 4 T cell, CD + 4/CD + 8, E C 3 bRR%, I.S% in the patients were significantly lower than those in the healthy group ( P <0.01), however, the values of E ICR%, CD + 8 T cell were significantly higher than those of control group ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION Immune function decreases in the patient. The detection of T lymphocyte subset, erythrocyte function and Ag NORs can express the immunologic function of carcinoma of the endometrium, and so is helpful for directing clinical therapy.
