WinCC与S7-400 PLC批量数据交换的实现

Realization of Bulk Data Exchange between WinCC and S7-400 PLC

为了实现上位机与PLC的批量数据交换,介绍了一种WinCC与西门子S7-400 PLC控制器进行批量数据交换的方法,对实现数据交换过程中STEP7与WinCC的软硬配置以及如何建立WinCC与PLC的以太网通信连接进行了详细介绍,并自定义了要发送的数据类型与长度,给出了示例程序。为了实现对所发送数据的诊断,在WinCC的运行画面中建立了诊断窗口对话框,实现了对所发送数据的可视化诊断。

In order to achieve bulk data exchange between the computer and S7-400PLC, method of large amount of data exchange between WinCC and Siemens S7-400PLC controller was introduced. The hardware and software configuration of STEP7 and WinCC to realize data exchange was given. Meantime, the method about how to establish an Ethernet con- nection between WinCC and PLC was also described in detail. Besides that, a custom data type and length to be sent in the program was defined and an example program was given. In order to realize the diagnosis of the transmitted data, a di- agnostic window dialog in the operation screen of WinCC is established to realize visualization of the transmitted data.
