摘要
针对某内场测试设备在CE102项(10 kHz^10 MHz电源线传导发射)测试中超差的问题,对超差原因进行了分析,然后结合电磁兼容设计原则,设计了一系列抑制传导发射的改进方法,包括电源线接线关系优化和滤波器安装接线优化等,最后通过试验进行验证。测试结果表明,改进后的设备电源线传导发射电平在低频段(10~30 kHz)和高频段(6~10 MHz)有超过10 dB的下降。所设计的方法容易实施且具有通用性,可为类似军用电子设备的设计提供参考。
Conducted emission in power line of the depot test equipment exceeds the limits in CE102 test. To sup- press the conducted emission, a serial of improvement methods are designed and implemented, including improvements of power line construction and EMI filter installing, etc. After the improvement, the conducted emission reduces more than 10 dB in low-frequency range( 10 kHz- 30 kHz) and high-frequency range( 6 MHz- 10 MHz). The methods de- signed have good universal property and are easy to implement.It can provide references for other similar military elec- tronic equipment.
