一种基于CCD影像定位的激光打标方法及应用

摘要 激光打标技术是激光加工最大的应用领域之一。随着技术的不断发展,在一些高科技、高精度行业对此提出了更高的要求,单纯的机械定位精度已经不能满足客户的要求,CCD(Charge Coupled Device)影像定位在激光打标应用中应运而生。结合实际生产和在激光应用行业多年的经验,介绍一种基于CCD影像的激光打标方法及应用系统。该系统具有低成本,使用便捷,精度高,并且支持市面上大多数激光,可大大提高国产激光同国外激光的竞争优势。 Laser marking is one of the biggest fields of application in laser processing. With the development of tech- nologies, some high-tech, high-precision companies raised their standards.The simply machinery positioning cannot sat- isfy the customers' requirements, so Charge Coupled Device (CCD) Image Positioning technology was born into the field of laser marking application. They combine CCD with laser integration in one lens, which greatly increases the precision of laser marking. A kind of laser marking method based on Charge Couple Device(CCD) Image Positioning and its ap- plication are introduced. This system has the advantages of low cost, convenient usage and high precision. Also it support smost lasers in the market, which can greatly improve the domestic competitive advantage.
