摘要
近年来,电路系统日趋复杂,电路板集成度越来越高,对包含大规模/超大规模集成电路(LSI/VLSI)的电路板进行故障诊断是当前面临的重大难题。随着仪器与系统硬件的不断完善以及新的仪器设计思想的发展,软件的重要性日显突出。介绍了一种基于LASAR仿真软件的板级自动测试方法,分析和研究了先进的LASAR软件,完成了对包含复杂可编程逻辑器件(PLDs)电路板的动态自动测试。经验证,该方法能够实现电路板的引脚级故障诊断,可有效降低复杂电路板的维修测试费用,缩短维修周期,具有广泛的应用价值。
In recent years, the integration of circuit board becomes more complicated. Currently, fault diagnosis of circuit board containing LSI or VLSI is facing major problems. With the constant improvement of instrument and the sys- tem hardware and the development of new instruments, the software is more important. This thesis introduced a new auto- matic testing method based on LASAR simulation software, h analyzed and researched on the advanced software LASAR. h completed the dynamically automatic test of circuit board which contained complex programmable logic devices (PLDs). The result shows that, it could achieve fault diagnosis on pins in the circuit board by using this method. It re- duces the cost of maintenance and test on complex circuit boards. And it shortens the period of maintenance, so it has extensive application value.
