摘要
针对新一代视频编码标准HEVC有极高的计算复杂度影响碥码效率的问题,提出了一种快速帧内预测算法,利用SAMD值和相邻已编码块深度对块类型的选择进行预判断.实验结果表明,该算法与校验模型HM5.0相比,在保持峰值信噪比基本不变和码率略增的情况下,可节省40.95%的帧内编码时间.
Aiming at the problem that high efficiency video coding ( HEVC ) as a new generation of video coding standards increased the computation complexity and influenced the coding efficiency, a fast iutra prediction algorithm was proposed. It used SAMD value and the depth of the adjacent encoded block to screen the block type selection. The experimental results showed that the algorithm provided averagely 40.95% reduction of intra coding time compared with the one accepted by HM5.0 with unimportant loss of PSNR and a slight increase of bite-rate.
