摘要
"三个创新"是川渝油气田坚定不移推进建设300×108m3战略大气区和一流天然气工业基地的行动纲领。以剑门102井为例,阐明四川盆地剑阁地区须家河组储层酸液体系优化技术的设计思路及其射孔酸压联作技术现场施工效果的成果取得与坚持"三个创新"密不可分,现场酸压施工效果显著,获天然气101.49×104m3/d高产工业气流,无阻流量达569×104m3/d。文章依据剑门102井须三层位的地层岩性与储层压力温度、须三层位储层钻井录井显示、须三层位电测解释等基本数据资料,对现有酸压施工技术效果评价方法、剑门102井须三层位酸液体系优化设计思路-酸化设计原理、剑门102井须三层位岩石室内渗透流动或溶蚀实验、酸液体系的滤失行为分析与选择、酸液体系的优化设计与选择、剑门102井须三层位射孔酸压联作技术现场酸化施工的配套应用技术体系进行了科学分析与总结,该技术体系已在剑门1井、龙岗61井、剑门101井、剑门102井、剑门103井、剑门104井、剑们105井、剑门107井等获得成功应用,取得良好的酸化施工效果,证明了设计的四川盆地剑阁地区须家河组储层酸液体系优化技术及其射孔酸压联作的配套工艺技术的科学性与实用性,对该地区构造深化勘探开发具有至关重要的实践指导意义。
Taking Jianmen well 102 in Xujiahe reservoir as example,the optimization technology of acidizing fluid system and associated technology of perforating and acid fracturing were presented.After using the associated technology,the natural gas of 101.49×10~4 m^3/d and the open-flow capacity of 569×10~4m^3/d were obtained.Based on the lithology,reservoir pressure and temperature,logging and electric-log interpretation data of Jianmen well 102 in 3^(rd) member of the Xujiahe formation,the evaluation methods of existing acid fracturing technology and optimum proposal of acidizing fluid system were analyzed,and the matching technology of perforating and acid fracturing was summarized.The associated technology of perforating and acid fracturing was used successfully in 8 wells in Jianmen,and good fracturing results have been obtained.
