油藏-井筒耦合的微小井眼径向水平井流动规律及产能分析 被引量:4

摘要 微小井眼径向水平井技术是最近20年来兴起的一项新技术,是指井眼直径小于88.9 mm,井眼曲率半径约为0.3 m的水平井,一般通过高压水射流喷射钻井。由于井眼尺寸很小,钻井成本低,这些优点给该技术的应用提供了广阔的空间,可以对薄油藏、稠油油藏、低渗透油藏、边际油藏等进行有效的开发。文章基于油藏和井筒的耦合模型计算微小井眼径向水平井井眼内的流动规律、压降分布、流量分布,分析了其产能的影响因素以及与常规水平井的异同。 Microhole radical horizontal well(MRHW)which diameter is smaller than 88.9 mm and radius of curvature(ROC) equals to 0.3m is drilled by water jet under high pressure.As a result of small diameter of wellbore,the drilling cost is extremely low.The MRHW technology was widely used in developing thin layer reservoir,heavy oil reservoir,low permeability reservoir,margin reservoir and the others.Based on the reservoir and wellbore coupling model,the distribution of radical flow and pressure drop were calculated,the factors which influences productivity of microhole radical horizontal well were analyzed,and the similarities and differences between MRHW and common horizontal well were compared.
