一起猪丹毒杆菌病例的临床分离鉴定及诊治 被引量:6

摘要 猪丹毒(Swine Erysipelas)是由猪丹毒杆菌(Erysipelothrix Rhusiopathiae)引起的一种急性败血性传染病。其病原体为红斑丹毒丝菌,习惯上又称之为猪丹毒杆菌,是一种革兰氏染色阳性的纤细小杆菌[1]。猪丹毒病程可分为最急性型、急性败血型、亚急性疹块型和慢性关节炎及心内膜炎型。本病广泛发生于世界各地,不同年龄的猪都能感染,但以架子猪的发病率最高,3月龄以下猪很少发生,6月龄以上猪发病率不高,是威胁养猪业的一种重要传染病[2]。在近年来猪病诊断和流行病学调查中我们发现,猪丹毒大有卷土重来之势,并常常与蓝耳病、猪瘟、圆环病毒病、副猪嗜血杆菌病、喘气病、猪肺疫等并发,发病初期极易误诊,成为当前生产猪群突发死亡的一个重要因素。
