The Application of Gross Hernia Repair for Umbilical Hernia Children

目的探讨Gross疝修补术在小儿脐疝手术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析在非洲佛得角国家中心医院自2010年9月-2012年9月期间对收治的85例小儿脐疝的临床资料。分析小儿脐疝采用Gross疝修补术治疗的方法、特点及效果。结果全部患者均治愈出院，平均手术时间30rain，平均住院4d（术后2d），随访2—24个月无复发。结论采用Gross疝修补术是小儿脐疝较安全、可靠的手术方法，其具有手术时间短、安全、术后恢复快、美观以及近期疗效满意等优点。

Objective To discuss the value of Gross hernia repairing for umbilical hernia in children. Methods Eight- y-five cases of children patientes with umbilical hernia admitted between September 2010 and September 2012 in the Country Cen- ter of Hospital Cape Verde were analyzed retrospectively in terms of methods, Characteristics and effects of Gross hernia rapairing for umbilical hernia in children. Results All cases were cured. The average operation time was 30 mi- nutes. The average stay in hospital was 4 days（2 days after operation）. No recu- rrencewas foUowed up during 2 to 24 months. Conclusion Gross hernia repairing is a better safe, effective operation for umbilical hernia in childrens, and it has many advantages, such as a littler operation time, safety, rapid recovery, beauty and good early therapeutic effect.
