某院门诊患者用药情况调查及合理性分析

Investigation and Analysis of Drug Use in the Outpatients of One Hospital

目的调查分析某院门诊用药处方指标,探讨其用药特点及合理性。方法根据某院2012年HIS管理查询系统提供的门诊用药数据,以及随机抽取的电子处方信息,进行回顾性分析。结果门诊患者每次就诊平均用药品种数约为1.97种,每次就诊平均药品费用约为42.16元,就诊使用注射药物的百分率约为10%,使用国家基本药物的百分率约为39%,就诊使用抗菌药物的百分率约为20.3%。结论门诊用药基本合理,个别不合理现象亟待改进。

Objective To investigate and analysis the medicine prescription indicators of the outpatients in a hospital and to discuss the medication and its rationality. Methods To obtain outpatients prescription provided by HIS data, and drandom sample of electronic prescribing information in a hospital in 2012, and statistical analysis the indicators of drug treatment. Results The av- erage number of drugs were 1.97 in each outpatients visit, the average drug cost pretreatment was 42. 16 yuan, the percentage of injecting drug used was 10%, national essential medicines used in the percentage was 39%, treatment with antibiotics was 20. 3%. Conclusion The application of drug treatment of the outpatients in this hospital is rational.
