一次性血透护理包的临床应用与观察

The Clinical Application and Observation of Single Used Care-bag for Hemodialysis

目的观察一次性血透护理包在临床使用中的效果。方法将100例维持性血液透析患者随机分为对照组和实验组。实验组50例,采用一次性血透护理包进行上下机操作;对照组50例,采用传统方法进行上下机操作。比较两种方法的操作时间以及护士的满意度。结果使用一次性血透护理包的操作时间少于传统方法(P<0.05),护士满意度高于传统方法(P<0.05)。结论使用一次性血透护理包在减少交叉感染的基础上可节约操作时间,提高护士满意度,并且能减少卫生资源的浪费,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical application of single used care-bag for hemodialysis. Methods There were 100 patient in maintenance hemodialysis who have been divided into control group and experiment group randomly. Contorl group （50 cases） received traditional operation in set on and set off of hemodialysis machine. Experimental group （ 50 cases） was operated with single used care-bag for hemodialysis. Operating time and satisfieation from nurses has been investigated be- tween two groups. Results Compared to control group, time for operation was much less in experimental group with single used care-bag for hemodialysis （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, while satisfieation from nurses was much higher in experimental group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） Con- clusion Except for the reduction of cross-infection, single used care-bag for hemodialysis could reduce operation time, increase satisfieation from nurses, and reduce waste of health resourse, which is deserved for wide spreading clinical application.
