血糖调节过程中胰岛素的信号传导通路

摘要 本文探讨血糖调节过程中胰岛素的信号传导通路。介绍胰岛素受体内化可维持细胞对胰岛素的敏感性;细胞骨架对信号传导的定位作用;PDK-1在信号传导中的分支地位;PI3K的关键作用以及胰岛素分泌的中枢调控等。
