摘要
基于对新型液压扒渣机的工作原理和工作特点的分析,与传统扒渣机相比,研究对象采用不同的结构设计具有几大优点;对新型液压扒渣机结构特点和挖装机构各部件加工工艺难点的分析与研究,得出了挖装机构各部件的加工工艺方法,为了保证挖装机构的质量及使用要求,给出了各运动部件毛坯选材、下料、机加工工艺路线、机加工质量及具体加工工艺等控制措施。经实际生产使用验证,此加工工艺能较好的满足其综合使用性能要求,其产品质量可以得到保证。
Compared with the traditional grilled slag machine and based on the analysis of the working characteristics and principles, this new type hydraulic grilled slag machine adopting different structural designs has several big advantages; due to the research of the structural features of hydraulic grilled slag machine and processing difficulties of its body parts, the processing methods of them are concluded. In order to guarantee the quality of dig loading mechanism and the use requirement, all the moving parts blank material, blanking, machining pracess, machining quality" and specific control measures are given. Verified by actual production use, this type of processing can meet the integrated use of perfrmance requirements and the product quality can be guaranteed.
