摘要
为了避免传统的车架有限元建模分析方法所带来的问题,以车架动力学分析为目标,首先对车架参数化动力学建模技术进行了研究,明确了其动力学建模分析所需的各类参数等信息,然后对基于UG平台的车架模型数据提取技术进行了研究,找到车架数据提取的方法。基于UG/Open和VC6.0二次开发平台开发车架CAD/CAE集成分析系统,能够自动提取UG平台下的车架特征数据信息,以INI文件格式进行存储,并自动将数据文件信息翻译为APDL标准代码,通过后台调用ANSYS,从而实现车架系统动力学建模、分析及结果查看功能。
In order to avoid the problems of traditional finite element modeling analysis method of the frame, with the dynamics analysis of the frarne as goal, research on parameterized dynamics modeling was carried out to clarify the parameters and other information was cleared of the dynamics modeling analysis firstly. Then the data extraction technique of the frame was found out by studying the data extraction technology of the frame model based on the UG platform. The development of frame CAD/CAE integration analysis system based on quadratic development platform of UG/Open and VC6.0 can automatically extract the UG platform characteristics data information of the frame, and the information can be stored in INI file format and translated into APDL standard code automatically. A nd the frame system dynamics modeling, analysis and the results view were realized through the backstage call of ANSYS.
