摘要
以冷却水套结构的永磁同步电机为研究对象,建立了电机热平衡状态下的三维热分析模型,再利用Ansys软件的网格划分功能对模型进行六面体网格划分。针对电机系统内部热交换情况,运用传热学相关理论,分析和确定了电机水冷系统各部分的散热系数,合理设置了热边界条件。通过有限元分析,获得了电机整机及关键部件的温度场分布。为螺旋水槽机壳外冷却系统电机的热分析和水冷系统的结构优化提供依据,对提高电机水冷却系统散热效率具有一定的指导意义。
For the study of the permanent magnet synchronous motor with a cooling jacket, the three dimensional thermal analysis model under thermal equilibrium condition was established, and the model was meshed into hexahedral meshing by the meshing module of Ansys software. In view of the characteristic of internal heat exchange system, according to the basis of hear transfer, heat dissipation coefficient for the various parts of the motor cooling system was analyzed and identified, and thermal boundary conditions was set up reasonable. Through the finite element analysis, the temperature field distribution of the motor was obtained. It has provided the basis for the motor with spiral sink casing cooling system in thermal analysis and structural optimization, and has certain guiding siguificance for improving the efficiency of the water cooling system.
