摘要
创新研究了发动机连杆传统加工工艺,提出了连杆加工的精益制造技术理念。精益制造技术的应用,颠覆了传统连杆加工工艺,全新的连杆卧式双端面磨削精益制造工艺,提高了加工精度和表面质量;连杆分离面涨断精益制造工艺,实现了连杆及连杆盖加工一体化,提高了连杆总成的装配精度;连杆头孔精益制造铰珩工艺,提升了孔加工的圆度、圆柱度和粗糙度的精度等级。精益制造技术,使连杆加工更加精细化,智能化和国际化,生产效率更高,产品质量更稳定,国际竞争力更强。
It does the innovation research of the automobile engine connecting rod machining process at home and abroad and then puts forwards the connecting rod of lean manufacturing technology. The application of lean manufacturing technology, which subverts the traditional connecting rod process with the new dual lateral horizontal double face grinding of the connecting rod lean manufacturing process, improves the machining accuracy and surface quality. The connecting rod parting plane up broken lean manufacturing process actually realizes the integration of the connecting rod and connecting rod cover processing, which improves the assembly precision of the connecting rod. The lean manufacturing connecting rod head hole reaming plover process improves the machining precision of the roundness, cylindricity and roughness of rank. The implementation of lean manufacturing techniques makes the connecting rod machining more refinement, intelligent and internationalized, which also improves higher production efficiency, the stability of the product quality as well as the strength of the international competitiveness.
