摘要
以二氧化硅负载磷钨酸(H3PW12O40/SiO2)为催化剂,用丁酮和乙二醇为原料催化合成了丁酮乙二醇缩酮.正交实验法探讨得出的适宜反应条件为:固定丁酮用量0.2 mol,在n(丁酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1.0∶1.4,催化剂用量占反应物量总质量的1.0%,环己烷为带水剂8 mL,反应时间75 min的最佳条件下,丁酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达83.6%.
Butanone glycol ketal was synthesized from Butanone and glycol in the presence of H3 PW12 O40/SiO2 as catalyst.The optimal reaction conditions were screened by orthogonal test method.The yield of Butanone Glycol Ketal can reach 83.6%under the optimum reaction conditions that Butanone is 0.2mol, molar ratio of Butanone to glycol is 1.0∶1.4, the quantity of catalyst is 1.0%, the cyclohexane as carrying-water reagent is 8mL and the reaction time is 75min.
