摘要
将新鲜的夹竹桃叶片洗净,叶片表面上的水分晾干,然后叶片表面杀菌处理并研碎,制成不同浓度的水提取液.以枯草芽孢杆菌和巨大芽孢杆菌为供试菌种,用贴片法对夹竹桃叶水提液的抑菌作用进行了研究.实验结果表明,夹竹桃水提液对以上两种供试菌种所产生的抑菌圈大小不同,不同浓度的夹竹桃叶水提液有不同程度的抑菌作用.随着其浓度的增大,抑菌作用增强.
Wash the fresh oleander leaves, dry the water on the surface, then with the blade surface sterilization processed and ground to get different concentrations of water extract.With Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus megaterium as testing bacteria, we conducted a study on antibacterial activity of oleander leaf water extract.Experiments show that the results of oleander water extract on these two kinds of inhibition zone tested are of different sizes, and different concentrations of oleander leaf water extract reached varying degrees of inhibition effect. With its concentration increases, we observed the enhanced inhibitory effect.
