摘要
实践基地是学生锻炼实践能力,培养职业素质的主要场所.生产性实践基地是高职院校校企深度合作的必然选择,其最大的特点是让学生在真实的生产环境中感受生产流程,生产出合格的产品.目前,很多高职院校生产性实践基地存在实践育人能力比较低,基地功能没有充分发挥、社会服务能力弱等问题,为了解决这些问题,本文提出校企深度融合的多元化生产性实践基地的设想,分别从"校中厂"、"厂中校"、"校企共建工作室、大学生创新中心"、"校企联办专业"等模式上阐述如何进行校企深度融合共建实践基地.
Practice base is the training of students practical ability, cultivate the main place occupation quality. Practice base is the inevitable choice of college enterprise cooperation, its biggest characteristic is to make the students feel the production process in the real production environment, production of qualified products.At present, the productive practice base in many higher vocational colleges practice ability are relatively low, base not fully functional, social service ability is weak, In order to solve these problems, this paper put forward integration of schools and enterprises diversified production practice bases, respectively from the“School in the plant”,“Plant in the school,” Colonel “buiding studio, college students innovation center”,“school enterprise liaison office professional” model to explain how to carry out integration of schools and enterprises to build practice base.
