摘要
目的通过对茶叶标准品中铅镉含量的测定,比较干法消解和湿法消解对石墨炉原子吸收法测茶叶中铅镉含量的影响,以及样品干质量和湿质量对计算结果的影响。方法通过干、湿法消解后,采用石墨炉原子化器原子化和Zeeman效应背景校正,测量吸收峰面积,通过绘制标准曲线测量茶叶标准品中铅镉含量。结果湿法消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测茶叶中铅镉比干法消解的结果更理想,使用样品干质量计算结果更接近参考值。结论石墨炉原子吸收法测茶叶中铅镉时湿法消解比干法消解好。
Objective Through the standard determination of Pb and Cd contents in tea - leaves, compared the effects of dry digestion and wet digestion with GFAAS determination of Pb and Cd content in tea, as well as the sample dry weight and wet weight and the influence on the calculation results. Methods After dry digestion and wet digestion, using the graphite furnace atomizer atomization and Zeeman -effect background correction, measuring the absorption peak area, by drawing standard curves measured content standards for lead and cadmium in tea leaves. Results Wet digestion - GFAAS determination of Pb and Cd in tea is better than dry digestion and using the dry weight of sample calculations are more close to the reference value. Conclusion When determination of Pb and Cd in tea -leaves by GFAAS use the wet digestion is better than dry digestion.
