三种中药炮制前后原药及其水煎液中元素含量的测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的主要研究了甘草、地黄、附子3种中药在炮制前后,所有药材及其水煎液中,镁、锰、铜、锌4种元素的含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了甘草、地黄、附子3种中药中的镁、锰、铜、锌等4种元素。结果 (1)甘草中Mg、Cu、Zn煎出率高于炙甘草,仅Mn煎出率低于炙甘草;(2)生地黄中4种元素的煎出率均高于熟地黄;(3)附子中除Mg,其他3种元素的煎出率均高于制附子。结论中药炮制后,元素可能更易结合于有机体中,不易被水煎出。 Objective To determine elements (Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn) content of the original drug and its decoction, the processed and raw Chinese medicinal herb (Licorice, Rehmanniae Radix, Aconite) are used. Methods The content of four elements is detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Result The results showed that ( 1 ) the fired rate of Mg, Cu, Zn in the raw Licorice is higher than in the proceed Licorice, except the element Mn; (2) In contrast to proceed Rehmanniae Radix, All of the four elements fired rate is higher in the raw Rehmanniae Radix; (3) Except Mg, other three elements are easier fired out of Aconite than proceed Aconite. Conclusion The elements may be more binding to the organism, after processed, are cook out hardly.
