一种高效率多输出同步整流电路的设计

摘要 针对现代雷达集成电路的供电电压幅值要求越来越低,功率密度不断提高的发展趋势,采用全桥倍流同步整流加半桥倍流同步整流的混合型拓扑,应用PWM控制芯片和激励变压器的外驱动方式,设计了一台高效率多输出同步整流电源。 For modem radar IC supply voltage amplitude demanding increasingly lower, power density constantly increasing trends, using hybrid topology with full bridge and half bridge current-double synchronous rectifier, and applied PWM control chips and external drive mode of excitation transformer, the paper designs a high efficiency multi-output synchronous rectifier power soure.
